I believe a $50 fan should last at least a few years instead only 7 weeks. Fan arrived May 17th and install was pretty straight forward. Fridge went back to normal after a couple hours. Temperature was just like it was before the fan went out. Then two days ago the fan stopped running again.

This, the heater and the fan fixed my Samsung issue. Do all three at once instead of having to do it twice like I did.

Best $50 I ever spent. Installed it in less than 29 minutes. Just make sure to use a hot glue gun to seal the wire end of the connector. Or else condensation will get inside the connector and rust the wires which will cause wires to break off!

Samsung frige froze up and broke the old fan… or old fan broke and it froze up… either way defrost and change was pretty quick (2 hours) but it saved me a fortune on a new fridge or a repair tech. There are multiple youtube videos on how to switch. I also changed out the heating clip for the drain while I was in there… another $4 part.
